Septic Tank Installation
When you choose us to build your new septic system, you gain access to consultation and design services from seasoned professionals: our owner has been designing and installing septic systems since 1985, with thousands of tanks installed across the Central Valley. We streamline the entire process: pulling permits for your property, analyzing soil conditions, excavating and grading, and installing risers, lids, and cleanout covers for easy future maintenance.
A septic system should be planned 10โ15 years ahead. That's why we engineer an optimal layout for your property's unique configuration, accounting for soil condition, groundwater depth, the distance between tank and distribution box, and whether a concrete, poly, or fiberglass tank best suits your needs. We've worked in every soil type this valley offers: sandy loam, heavy clay, hardpan, gravel, and cobble, and can quickly identify what's on your lot and design the ideal tank, stone drain field, and leach lines for your current and future usage. Small or difficult lots requiring special county permits are welcome.
As a Class A General Engineering Contractor, we're well versed in all county and city codes and permitting regulations, including sizing and setback requirements. We install systems for custom homes, commercial and industrial buildings, agricultural facilities, restaurants, modular homes, dairy plants, and unincorporated areas. Every job is owner-supervised, and both the tank integrity and the installation itself are covered by a full warranty.
Call for a rough estimate over the phone, then get a detailed quote after a convenient onsite consultation. Typical timeline from design to final installation is one to four weeks, depending on permits and site complexity, and we handle all the paperwork and health-department coordination for you.
