Our story
Straight Talk, Fair Prices, No Upsell
ARC Auto Repair Center sits on E Walnut St in Pasadena, where Albert and his team work on everything from daily commuters to Ford and Toyota trucks. Customers keep coming back because the diagnosis is explained in plain language before any work starts, not after the bill arrives.
We only recommend what a car actually needs. That means no pressure to replace parts that are still good, fair pricing on labor, and a shop that will use a part you bring in yourself if that is what you want. One customer had a fix three other shops refused to do without swapping the whole part. We had it done in fifteen minutes.
Diana handles the billing and the paperwork with the same care Albert and George put into the repair itself, so you leave knowing exactly what was done and why.
- No unnecessary upsells
- Customer-supplied parts welcome
- Same-day turnaround
- Clear, honest diagnostics
What customers say
“Took my car over a week ago to replace the alternator and my Tacoma has been running great since then. I brought my own part to repair and they installed it. Dropped off and fixed during the same day without scheduling ahead. Easy and great experience overall.”
“I'm a picky person and want my money's worth. Albert, you've got a lifetime customer. My 4Runner has never run this good since I've owned it. Everything was reasonably priced, including the labor, and Albert and George were very informative on the diagnosis and repairs. Diana was very professional and helpful with the billing, and the nicest person.”
“Love this shop. Albert is always super professional and always makes me feel like I'm his number one priority. I have been bringing my Ford trucks to him for several years now and refuse to go anywhere else.”
