Our story
Mechanics Who Actually Explain the Work
We're an independent auto shop on Telegraph Canyon Road, and we've built our name on being straight with people. Before any repair starts, we walk you through what your car actually needs, what it costs, and why, no pressure to add on more than the job requires.
We handle the everyday stuff: oil changes, brake pads and rotors, general repairs and diagnostics, plus pre-purchase inspections for anyone buying a used car. When we get something wrong, we own it and make it right, even if that means telling you the original quote was too high.
While you wait, grab a hot coffee or a cookie in our waiting area. We'd rather you leave knowing exactly what happened to your car than rushed out the door.
- Straightforward pricing, no upsells
- Pre-purchase inspections in as little as 35 minutes
- Coffee and cookies while you wait
- Staff who explain every repair before starting
What customers say
“Thank you Cisco for the top quality customer service from the initial call in to getting the job done the following day. You made the entire process smooth and easy. Will be a returning customer!”
“After the Honda dealership ripped me off, this place was my saving grace and got my car fixed for a great price. Ever since, I've come back to do my oil changes and any work. They're trustworthy and loyal to their customers.”
“The nicest team, and really good honest mechanics. I can not recommend them enough. They quoted me less than anywhere else. He briefly looked over the figures and said it was going to be about $110 less. Talk about honesty! A+++ service.”
