A neighborhood body shop that answers the phone
Beto's Auto Body Shop sits on Obispo Ave in Long Beach, and most of the people who bring us a car live close enough to walk home after they drop it off. Luis meets customers himself, walks the damage with them, and gives an honest read on price and timeline before any work starts.
Most of what comes through our doors is insurance work. We take the claim from the first call through to the final panel — talking to the adjuster, documenting the damage, and making sure everything that was hit actually gets fixed, not just the part that shows. We keep you updated while it's here instead of leaving you wondering.
We also take care of the cars that are simply tired: the years of parking-lot dings, the scuffed bumper, the faded panel. Every car goes back to its owner detailed, which is the moment people tend to remember.
