Wheel Alignment
An alignment isn't done until we've confirmed it on the road, not just on the rack. We start with a test drive to see exactly how the car is pulling or wearing, then bring it up on the rack to make the initial adjustments based on what we found.
From there, the car goes out for a second test drive to check the work, and back on the rack if anything needs to be dialed in further. We don't sign off until the alignment matches manufacturer specification and the ride is right. We'll walk you through what was adjusted and why before you go.
This extra step takes a little longer than a one-and-done alignment, but it's the difference between an alignment that looks right on paper and one that actually feels right behind the wheel.
