Before any brake job, we do a full free inspection, checking pads, rotors, and drums, and walking you through exactly what we find. More than once that's meant telling a customer their pads were still good and the real issue was dust buildup or a drum adjustment, not a full rotor replacement.

When parts do need to come out, we handle it start to finish, including drum replacements and rear drum adjustments, and we show you the worn parts so you can see the wear yourself. One customer came to us convinced he needed expensive rotor work after years without a brake check; a simple, inexpensive service had his car stopping better than it ever had.

We've also handled full brake drum replacements as part of larger service work, like a Toyota Yaris that came to us for drums and later returned for a serpentine belt and AC compressor. Fair pricing and a clear explanation come standard with every brake job.
