Engine Diagnostics & Hybrid Repair

Some engine problems are more than a quick scan can solve. We've helped a customer's car recover from a hydrolock situation, a serious repair that we handled respectfully and explained in simple terms from start to finish, keeping the price fair throughout.

We also work on hybrids. When a customer's Toyota Prius died and was towed in near closing time, we let them leave it overnight and ran diagnostics the next morning at no charge, even though we weren't able to take on the hybrid-specific repair. We'd rather be upfront about what we can and can't do than guess.

Throughout any diagnostic job, we keep you in the loop with texted updates, photos, and video, so you understand what's actually happening under the hood before we touch anything.
