Our story
The shop that shows up
We're Chief Mobile Mechanic, run by Ali out of Fullerton. Instead of asking you to arrange a tow and give up your car for a day, we load the tools into the van and come to you: your driveway, your apartment lot, wherever the car ended up.
Most of what a shop does in a bay, we do on-site: diagnosing a car that died on the freeway, replacing a battery the same afternoon you call, swapping spark plugs and filters, chasing down an electrical fault. Customers tell us the same things over and over — he showed up fast, he explained what was actually wrong, and he didn't pad the bill.
That's the whole model. Clear pricing before the wrench turns, no upsells you didn't ask about, and a car you can drive to work the next morning.
- Fully mobile — we come to your home, work, or roadside
- Open 6 AM to 9 PM, seven days a week
- Straight pricing, no unnecessary upsells
What customers say
“Ali was honest, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He quickly fixed my parking sensor issue and offered fair pricing on additional maintenance like spark plugs and filters. What I appreciated most is that he didn't try to upsell unnecessary work and was very transparent about what actually needed to be done.”
“My car died on the freeway and I had no idea if it was the battery, drive belt, or the alternator. He showed up within about 30 minutes, diagnosed the problem quickly, and got my car up and running again. Most importantly, I won't miss work tomorrow. Definitely worth it.”
“I had a dead battery at my apartment and needed help fast. He responded quickly, came to me, jumpstarted my car, and even accompanied me to AutoZone to get the battery. Once I bought it, he replaced it right then and there. The whole process was straightforward and stress-free.”
