A Norwalk Shop Built on Straight Answers
Chris's Auto Repair has earned its reputation one honest repair at a time. Customers come to us mid-emergency: a separated exhaust pipe the day before a holiday weekend, a check engine light on a trip through town, a breakdown on the Merritt Parkway, and leave with their car fixed and their trust intact.
We show our work. When a customer felt overcharged elsewhere, we pulled up our parts pricing right on the spot to prove ours ran half the cost. That kind of transparency, plus labor rates people describe as far more reasonable, is why so many of our reviews come from people who found us in a crisis and decided to stick around.
We also don't nickel-and-dime. If a diagnosis turns out to be nothing serious, we'll tell you, and we won't charge you for the peace of mind.
