Claremont Auto Care has built its reputation on one simple idea: tell customers the truth about what their car needs, and nothing more. Owner Mike, along with Jeff and Brian, run a shop where a full inspection can turn up nothing wrong — and we'll say so, even if it means a smaller bill.
That approach shows up in the numbers customers bring us. One driver got a $2,400 quote elsewhere for suspension, coolant, and transmission work; we came in $1,000 less, and after inspecting the car ourselves, couldn't find a steering or suspension problem worth fixing at all.
Most of our customers first show up on a friend's recommendation, and stick around for years afterward. We'd rather earn a long relationship than a single big invoice.
