Our story
Careful Work, Explained Clearly
At Coachella Auto Collision Center, we treat every repair, whether it's a simple bumper job or a full collision rebuild, with the same care we'd want for our own vehicles. Our technicians take the time to walk customers through what's actually wrong and what it will take to fix it, so there are no surprises when the bill comes.
We work on everything from everyday commuters to European luxury vehicles, and we back it up with a courtesy ride: we'll drop you at home when you leave your car and pick you up when it's ready. Our goal is simple. Get your car back to you looking right and running right, on the timeline we promised.
- Courtesy pickup and drop-off
- European and luxury vehicle experience
- Straightforward, honest pricing
- Ready when promised, often early
What customers say
“They did an exceptional job repairing my car. I couldn't be happier. They have great prices. Great customer service. They bring you back home when you drop off the car and pick you up when it is ready. And it is ready when (or before) promised. I highly recommend them.”
“Derek was patient, sympathetic, prompt, swift and thorough in solving the problems. Answered lots of technical questions as well. Pricing is straightforward & very reasonable. Handles European luxury cars really well! Absolutely Recommend.”
“A couple days later and had my car in beautiful condition, not to mention I hadn't washed my car in over 5 months because I was afraid the electrical wires would mess up and when I got my car back they cleaned her up so beautifully. I would absolutely recommend!”
