Our story
Honest Work, Straight Talk
Frank's Auto has been a fixture in Victorville for as long as most of our customers can remember. Frank built the shop's reputation on honest work, and his longtime head mechanic Bobby has carried it forward with his family ever since, the same faces, the same straight talk, repair after repair. We tell you what's actually wrong with your car, not what pads the bill. More than one customer has brought in a vehicle expecting a big repair and driven away paying only for an oil change, because that's all it needed. That's the way we've always done it. Our customers keep coming back, and they keep sending their friends. A 4.8-star rating from over 100 reviews isn't something we advertise, it's just what happens when you fix things right the first time.
- Family-operated for decades
- Honest, no-upsell pricing
- Same trusted mechanics, repair after repair
What customers say
“This place is very good. The staffs are super nice and the owner by name BOB, he is so super friendly and nice... Bob was very nice to give me a nice price plus discount on top of discount. He even offered me a cellphone charger to charge my phone because my phone was almost dead. Will definitely come back again for any repair in my car.”
“I have been going to Frank's Auto since I first got my driver's license in....95? Frank has long passed but his head mechanic Bobby and his family operate the shop and it is the best auto repair in the desert, maybe the state.”
“Good, Honest, Hardworking, and Friendly Folks. They worked on my vehicle and fixed it relatively quick. Good pricing will be my go to place for future car trouble. Thank you Bobby and the rest of the friendly crew.”
