Delivery, Installation & Haul-Away

When you buy an appliance from us, you're not handed off to a third-party delivery crew. Jose and Oso (the same team our customers thank by name in review after review) bring your appliance to your home, install it, and haul away the old unit.

Delivery arrives when we say it will, and often sooner: one customer's washer showed up the evening of the second day, faster than the original estimate. Installation is quick and thorough, from stacking kits to gas connections. When one customer didn't know where her gas line was, our installers stayed and figured it out with her rather than leaving the job half-done.

We don't consider a delivery finished until your machine is connected properly, stable, and working. That's the standard on every single install.
