Our story
A Family Shop Built on Trust
Good Auto & Truck Repair is run by Eric Good, a mechanic customers describe as knowledgeable enough to explain any repair in detail, and his wife Heather Manning, who runs the office. Together they've built a one-stop shop for cars and trucks in San Bernardino.
Customers keep coming back because the diagnosis is honest and the price is fair: no exorbitant fees, no upsells, just straight answers about what a vehicle actually needs. When a neighboring tow yard left one customer stranded, the team even gave him a free ride to his next stop.
That reputation has made Good Auto a neighborhood fixture, busy enough that word has spread, but still small enough that Eric and Heather know their customers by name.
- Husband-and-wife owned and operated
- Eric explains every repair in plain terms
- Fair, honest pricing: no exorbitant fees
What customers say
“Don't look any further if you needed anything to done to your vehicles, one stop place, Eric is very knowledgeable and even goes beyond with his abilities to explain in details, his opinion can be trusted with eyes closed. Best in the Business definitely. Genuine place with hard working family own business. Definitely recommend this place.”
“I had been looking for a trustworthy and skilled auto shop, and I'm fully relieved after receiving two great services here. Highly recommend!”
“My car was towed and detained at Wilson's Towing right next door to Good Auto. Wilson's wouldn't give me my car back and the guys at Good Auto graciously gave me a free ride to my next destination since I was stranded. They are genuine people that deserve your business.”
