Our story
About Gross & Stevens
Gross & Stevens is an owner-operated auto repair shop in Visalia, run by Jeff and his team. We built our reputation on getting cars in and out quickly without cutting corners, and treating every customer like a neighbor.
We're one of the few shops in the area equipped with a flat rack alignment system, which makes us a go-to stop for lowered cars that most shops turn away. We also handle brakes, alignments, and general repairs for classic cars, everyday drivers, and trailers.
From a 1963 Corvette to a daily commuter, we treat every vehicle with the same care and give you a fair, honest price for the work.

What customers say
“This place is the GOAT when it comes to this kind of repair. They came highly recommended and lived up to their reputation in all ways. As seniors, we appreciate good service when we get it, believe in commending those responsible and are grateful for businesses like this that still exist. We are very happy customers. Thank you for saving my little Kia Soul.”
“The owner Jeff is really great at always getting my car in and out of the shop as quickly and efficiently as possible. The prices are always reasonable & his front desk lady Candy is super sweet. I'm so thankful I finally found a shop that I can trust & will absolutely be back! Thank you Jeff!!”
“After looking for a while for a shop with a flat rack alignment system for lowered cars I found Gross & Stevens. Could be happier with the service! They got me in at 7am and it was done by 7:55, clean shop and nice staff, what else can you ask for!”
