Our story
About Harvey’s Auto Repair
Harvey’s Auto Repair is a Corona shop built around one idea: figure out what is actually wrong before touching a wrench. Owner Byron works hands-on with every vehicle that comes through the door, from a full transmission teardown to a set of spark plugs nobody thought to check at 140,000 miles.
We take the time to explain what we find, walk customers through the options over the phone or in the bay, and charge a fair rate for the diagnosis instead of guessing our way to a bigger bill. Customers tell us they feel heard here, not talked down to, and that matters as much to us as the repair itself.
Whether you are dealing with a dashboard light, a strange noise, or a car that just needs its first real look in years, we treat your vehicle like we would treat our own.
- Thorough, no-rush diagnostics
- Fair, competitive pricing
- Hands-on service from owner Byron
- Trusted by repeat customers
What customers say
“Byron was upfront and honest with me from the start. He charged me a very reasonable fee to diagnose my car after I was left scratching my head on what the issue could be. He was able to pin point the issue and did not rush to make a quick buck. If you're looking for a thorough, honest and professional mechanic shop I highly recommend Harvey's and Byron.”
“The best mechanic around. He knows what he is doing, honest, and always does a great job! Highly recommend this shop.”
“Byron kindly spoke with me for several minutes on the phone helping me talk over the issue, helped me the same day, and took care of the issue for me. His prices were much more fair than several of the other auto shops I called. He didn't in any way talk down to me. He genuinely listened to what I thought might be wrong and treated me with respect.”
