Our story
About HN Auto Repair
HN Auto Repair is a Santa Ana shop built on one simple idea: tell customers the truth, fix it right, and stand behind the work. Under Hugo, the shop has earned a 5-star reputation from drivers who come back for every repair, not just the big ones. What customers notice most is how they're treated — issues explained clearly, updates kept coming during the repair, and prices that stay fair even when the job is complicated. Whether it's a collision-related sensor issue or routine maintenance, the goal is the same: find the problem right away and fix it correctly the first time. We've built our business on repeat customers who call us their lifetime mechanic, and on every repair being backed 100% by our word.
