Our story
About Irish Painting
We're Irish Painting, a Bakersfield painting crew led by Shawn. We handle everything from full exterior repaints to detailed interior work for homeowners across the area.
When a standard color won't do, we mix custom paint on-site to match exactly what our clients want, whether that's a garage door, a set of shutters, or a whole house. We also take care of the details that come with a paint job, from patching drywall to finishing trim, and we leave the job site clean.
Our clients keep coming back because we show up, do the work well, and stand behind it. Ask around Bakersfield and you'll hear the same thing: fair prices, a clean crew, and results that hold up.

What customers say
“Shawn and his team at Irish Painting did a fantastic job at our house. They installed crown and base molding, patched dry wall, removed a dog door, painted, and installed tile. I would use them again. Their prices were great, their work clean, and they went the extra mile to make sure we loved the end result.”
“Irish Painting was a great experience! They painted my garage doors and front shutters with a custom paint that they made on the spot! It's been over two years now and it still looks amazing! Will recommend this company a hundred times! Thanks guys!”
“Irish Painting just painted my interior and exterior. Great job. Reasonable prices. Friendly and easy to work with.”
