Custom Fences and Decks, Built to Last

“We worked with Matt on two projects right after buying our home in Oakland, and we couldn't be happier. After getting multiple quotes, Matt stood out for the best combination of experience, value, and craftsmanship. He was incredibly patient, sticking with us for nearly a year through timing delays, big decisions, and City permitting hurdles. We chose TimberTech decking with a redwood and hog wire railing, and the result is stunning. We recommend Matt without hesitation for any fence or deck project.”

“These guys are fantastic. Our batu fence is 5 years old and looks great. We recently had an issue with our gate (the wood split near the hinge). They came out promptly, confirmed it was still under warranty, and agreed to fix it. So pleased we went with J&B - they stand behind their fences!”

“We couldn't be happier with our backyard deck restoration. From start to finish, the experience was professional, transparent, and stress-free. The estimate was clearly itemized, fair, and easy to understand, with no surprises along the way. The crew was reliable, respectful of our property, and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day.”
