Our story
Fontana's Family-Run Auto Shop
At J & S Auto Center & SMOG, our team, George, George Jr., and Primo, has been keeping Fontana's cars running for years. Whether you need a routine SMOG check or a full diagnostic, we treat every customer's car like it's our own. We don't just fix cars. We sell them too, with the same straightforward pricing our repair customers have come to expect. When a customer needed her AC recharged, our technician Jorge found a fix that saved her $120 over the dealership quote. Rated 4.9 stars from more than 80 Fontana drivers, we've built our reputation one honest repair at a time.

What customers say
“Papa, George and George Jr. are the best!!! Not only do they help fix your car! They also sell cars and give honest prices. I definitely recommend this location to anyone that is having car problems or looking for a reliable car! I bought my mom a car at a great deal!!”
“My sister recommend J & S Auto center for a smog check. I was on a time crunch but J&S helped me right away. I figured I asked them about the service to recharge the refrigerant in my car since that's what I was going to the dealership for later that day. Technician Jorge quickly gave me a quote that saved me $120!! I agreed and was out of there in no time! It felt good cancelling that Overpriced service appointment for a better price at J&S!”
“The best in the business without a doubt!! Wouldn't go any where else. Thank you George, Primo, and Jr. you guys are the greatest. Can always solve any issue with our cars, honest, and always in the customers best interest. Appreciate you guys.”
