Our story
Family-Run, Community-Trusted
We've been fixing cars in Santa Ana for years, and many of our customers have been with us even longer. Javier and Gerardo know their way around nearly every make and model, and we back up every repair we do. People drive well past their closest shop to see us, some over 17 miles, some towing their cars in just to have us take a look. We'd rather explain what your car actually needs than sell you what it doesn't. With a 4.7-star rating from 54 Google reviews and customers who've trusted us for 25 years, we've built this shop the old-fashioned way: one honest repair at a time.
- Customers trust us for 25+ years
- Drivers travel from across Orange County
- Honest diagnostics, no upselling
What customers say
“My local friend highly recommended J's Auto and raved about the years of service she had received from Javier. He repaired our car quickly and got our van running for less than we had expected. Best of all he was very friendly and super service minded. Highly highly recommend to everyone!”
“Javier is an honest mechanic who has been my go to guy for 15 years. I've never had an issue with his services and backs up his work. You will not be disappointed choosing his shop.”
“I have been getting our cars repaired by Javier for at least 10 years. Excellent service. Great prices. I trust Javier to do whatever is needed for the cars. We drive 17 miles to go to J's Automotive, and sometimes have cars towed. It is far to go for a mechanic, but worth it.”
