Our story
Custom Iron Work You Can Count On
J's Custom Iron Works is a Bell Gardens metal fabrication shop built around one person: Joshua. Customers tell us they called around to several welders before finding us, and stayed because we show up, communicate clearly, and finish the job in the timeframe we quote.
Whether it's stair rails for a home renovation, code-compliant guard rails for an aging family member's garage, or a dog-proof gate that still looks good, we design around the regulations that matter and the details that make a piece last. We also partner with fence contractors who need a specialist to fabricate the custom iron pieces they can't build in-house.
Every review we've earned so far is five stars, from homeowners and contractors alike, because we quote honestly, hit our deadlines, and stand behind the work.
- Every job built to code
- Direct communication with Joshua
- Trusted by fence contractors
What customers say
“We called several metal companies and Joshua and his team stood out. They gave recommendations and advise on the design we wanted. He quotes two weeks of work and finished way under that! The price was reasonable and we even though it was cheap for what he gave us! We are very happy with our stair rails! They are professionals!”
“Needed guard rails made for the garage steps at my 102 year old aunt's house so she could go in and out of the garage from the house. Didn't need anything fancy but Josh said the railings had to be in compliance with regulations and did a fantastic job at a reasonable price! I am going to have him make me 2 security doors for my house next.”
“Thank you Josh for our beautiful dog proof and sturdy garage door gate. Your work ethic is impeccable and much appreciate it. You are very talented. We will definitely work with you again and highly recommend you. We called 5 welders for quotes. 2 showed up. Josh was on it and communicates with his customers.”
