Our story
Foundation Work, Done From the Ground Up
Julian Construction has spent years underneath Los Angeles homes, straightening cripple walls, replacing cracked stem walls, and bolting houses down for the next earthquake. We work out of our shop on West Jefferson Boulevard and take on foundation and structural jobs across Los Angeles, Long Beach, and Santa Barbara.
Every job starts with an inspection, a real scope of work, and a permit pulled in our name. We handle the engineering ourselves, so by the time our crew shows up at 7AM, the plan is already approved and the homeowner knows exactly what is happening under their feet.
Beyond foundations, we take on full remodels too. Kitchens, floors, and showers, all built by the same crew that keeps a job site clean every single day.
