K.C.T. Auto Service is a South El Monte car repair shop run by Kevin, who handles diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance himself rather than passing customers off to a counter. Customers come back for years, and some drive in from well outside the area because they know exactly who's working on their car.
We explain what a car actually needs before we touch it, whether that's a full diagnostic after a no-start or a routine service. When a fix is simple, we say so.
Our reputation has grown almost entirely by word of mouth, from customers who've trusted us with their vehicles for years and keep sending friends and family our way.
