Our story
An Honest Shop on East 12th
Finding a mechanic you trust with a transmission is hard. That's why drivers across Oakland keep coming back to our shop on East 12th Street — for straight answers, honest quotes, and work that holds up.
Transmissions are our specialty: full rebuilds, replacements, swaps, seals, and clutch repair, often turned around in a day or two. Customers tell the same story again and again — quoted on Friday, car in Monday, back on the road Tuesday running like a champ.
We also handle the rest of what keeps your car moving: brakes, suspension, drivetrain service, and oil changes. If we spot a small problem while your car is on the lift, we fix it and tell you about it — so you don't have to come back next month.
- Same-day service on many repairs
- Honest quotes, fair prices
- Open six days a week
