Our story
About Local Town Upholstery
At Local Town Upholstery, we take on the seats, headliners, and door panels that other shops call garbage and bring them back to better than new. Whether it is a numbers matching classic or your daily driver truck, we work with the same care and attention to detail.
Most repairs, from a torn seat to a new headliner, are done the same day. Full interior jobs, like a complete Beetle restyle, are handled on a promised timeline so you are never left wondering when your car will be ready.
We are proud to be Modesto's go to shop for auto interiors, trusted by classic car owners and daily drivers alike.
- Same-day service on most repairs
- Classic car and truck specialists
- Fair, transparent pricing
- Hands-on craftsmanship from Francisco and team
What customers say
“Took my '66 VW Beetle to get a quote to get my seats, door panels, and rear side panels redone. I literally left my car there the same day, and Francisco got it done in a week, just like he promised. It turned out exactly how I wanted. Now our car looks so bad ass. Thank you so much, Francisco!”
“500,000 miles on that seat, thought it was garbage. Local Town said no problem, we got this. Amazing results, feels better than when I drove the truck off the dealer lot in 1990. Highly recommended.”
“Francisco does reasonable work at a fair price and the quality is also very good. I had my headliner repaired and it took a few hours and was done the same day.”
