Our story
A neighborhood shop that treats you like a person
M & M Auto Center is an independent repair shop on N Wilton Place, just off the heart of Hollywood. Mark and his team handle everything from routine maintenance to collision work, and customers deal with the person actually responsible for the car — not a service desk reading off a screen.
We diagnose first and quote honestly. Customers regularly tell us the final bill came in under what they expected, and when a part can be sourced the same day, we get the car back on the road the same day.
We work with any insurance carrier on accident claims, accept Visa and Mastercard, and will coordinate a tow or a dealership warranty check when that's what the situation actually calls for.
- Owner-run — you talk directly with Mark
- Works with any insurance on accident claims
- Same-day service when parts are available
- Visa and Mastercard accepted
What customers say
“He helped me every step of the way — from coordinating a tow to a dealership to double-check warranty coverage, to receiving the car back, fixing what was needed, and ensuring it was safe and ready for a proper handoff. Mark was honest, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was handled correctly and safely. If you're looking for a mechanic you can actually trust, who treats your car like it matters and treats you like a human being, this is the place.”
“Been here twice before, these guys do great work; when I had an accident I drove all the way up to Hollywood because their work is superb, my claim was handled quickly and they work with any insurance.”
“My 2011 Mini Cooper check engine light went on and car was literally shaking all the way home from a long road trip. Same day service sourced parts w/ cost effective options. Drove off running smoothly! No problems since, thank you!”
