Our story
A local tow truck, not a call center
We're Mario's Towing Service, based on G Street in East Oakland. When your car won't start, won't move, or won't come off the lot, you call us directly, and a truck comes.
Our drivers work quickly and carefully. Loading a car onto a flatbed in a packed lot, handling an EV that can't be dragged, moving two vehicles in one visit, that's an ordinary afternoon here. And if you need a ride home behind your car, you've got a seat in the truck.
Every review we've received on Google is five stars. That's the whole standard: get there fast, treat the car right, get the customer home.
- Flatbed equipment for low, damaged, and electric vehicles

What customers say
“I waited 4 hours for AAA to come and I'm a premier member with current membership. They never showed up at all. I called Mario's Towing, they came within 15 minutes with great customer service towed both of my cars and returned me back home in less than 1 hour. I will use their services and tell all my friends. Thank you so very much”
“On time and great service. Aldo (I hope that was the driver's name) was able to put my car on the flatbed in just over 5 minutes, and in a packed parking lot to boot (I was especially worried it would take a while since my car is an EV)! And seeing as it was being delivered to my home, I even got a lift (First time in a tow truck! Weeee!). Highly recommended!!!”
“Amazing service! Super quick, friendly and helpful.”
