Straight Answers, Every Time
We're an independent repair shop in Ventura built around getting the diagnosis right the first time, whether that's routine maintenance or the kind of intermittent problem that sends people bouncing between dealerships.
Off-road and 4x4 work is where we spend a lot of our time, from front suspension rebuilds on daily drivers to full mechanical sort-outs on project trucks and Land Cruisers. When a repair falls under warranty, we deal directly with the warranty company and document the work so customers aren't stuck fighting that process alone.
Customers come back for years because the same people who diagnose the problem are the ones who fix it and explain what happened. That's Brett, Nick, and Jim, not a rotating cast of technicians.
