Our story
One Craftsman, Every Kind of Upholstery
We are a one man upholstery shop in Highland, and every piece that comes through our door gets our full attention. Whether it is a living room couch, a truck bench seat, a boat seat lost off a trailer, or a pair of barbershop chairs, we handle the work ourselves from start to finish.
That setup keeps our overhead low and our turnaround fast. Most jobs are finished in a couple of days, and we work around our customers' schedules, including helping load and unload heavy pieces when needed.
We use durable, high quality material and take the time to match it to the original when we can, so a repaired or replaced seat looks like it was never touched. We also show customers how to care for their new upholstery so it lasts.
- One man shop, low overhead
- Typical turnaround around two days
- Furniture, auto, and marine upholstery
- Matches original material and detail
What customers say
“Recently, I was ready to discard my couch because it looked so worn and it was extremely uncomfortable. After searching and not finding a new couch I liked, I contacted New West Upholstery Shop. Alberto made the process easy. In just two days Alberto did his magic and my couch looked fabulous! I am a very happy customer and I highly recommend Alberto!”
“I had a great experience here. I brought in a bench seat out of a Toyota pickup that had seen better days for sure. Two days later and a reasonable price, I'm very pleased with the results.”
“Alberto did an amazing job on matching our boat seat we lost on the freeway. His skills are remarkable. He replaced the entire seat from scratch. He made it look like the original seat was never missing. He's very professional, quickly got the job done the very next day but most of all the quality was on point.”
