Our story
Honest Work, Every Time
Norms Auto Repair has been a fixture on 27th Street, the kind of shop where the owner still test drives your car himself before telling you what's wrong with it.
Abel and his crew handle the full range of car and truck repair, from diagnostics to brake and suspension work, and they would rather explain what is really going on with your vehicle than sell you a repair you do not need.
Customers come back for years and send their friends and family through the door, because the diagnosis is honest and the price matches the work.
- Owner-run by Abel
- Honest, no-upsell diagnostics
- Free test-drive inspections
- Trusted by repeat customers for years
What customers say
“I cannot say enough good things about Able, the owner. I came in about getting a pre-purchase inspection. Able's crew ran a carfax while he did a test drive. He is so knowledgeable about car diagnostics just by listening to the car. Unfortunately the carfax showed some very shady practices by the current owner, and Able recommended me to pass on the car. He didnt even charge for the short test drive! He is an extremely ethical mechanic and person.”
“Best stop ever!! I'm always greeted with a smile, good and fast service. Honest pricing and recommendations. I've been coming here for years and continue to bring all my cars here!!”
“Because I haven't been driving It was a long time since I had my car serviced. Glad Norm's was still there for me. Abel always professional, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.”
