Our story
The shop comes to you
Ontime Mobile Service is a mobile auto repair operation based in Oxnard. Instead of arranging a tow or losing a day in a waiting room, you tell us where the vehicle is and we show up with the tools, the diagnostic equipment, and the parts knowledge to sort it out on the spot.
Our customers keep coming back for the same three reasons: we diagnose accurately, we explain exactly what the repair needs before we touch it, and we price it fairly. Jobs that other shops schedule out for days (valve cover gaskets, a starter replacement, a full pre-purchase inspection) often get finished in a couple of hours right where the car sits.
We're open Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and Saturdays until 2:30 PM. Call and tell us what the car is doing.
- Fully mobile: we come to your location
- Accurate diagnostics before any repair
- Honest pricing and clear communication

What customers say
“I just got a mobile diagnostic inspection done on a vehicle at a local dealership. Alex did a great job inspecting and assessing the vehicle. I'm actually an out-of-state person and I found him online. He's very trustworthy and extremely competent. I would highly recommend Alex for your mobile mechanic needs.”
“It's great. They come to you. These guys saved me! Affordable price and Amazing Mechanics! My Toyota Fj cruiser was getting oil on to the spark plugs. They removed both valve covers and replaced all the valve cover gaskets, spark plug tube gaskets, and replaced my PCV valve. They had my FJ Running and all dash lights OFF in a couple hours. They are my go to mechanics now.”
“Great experience with Ontime Mobile Service on starter replacement. Prompt service, honesty, fair pricing, excellent communication on repairs needed, ability to diagnose issues accurately and commitment to quality work.”
