Most cars come to us after something small and unlucky: a parking lot tap, a fender bender, damage that looks minor until you start pricing it. We walk the car with you first and explain what the repair actually involves before any work begins, so the number you're quoted is the number you understand.

We handle the metalwork, the filler, and the finish in-house. Where previous work has been done badly (filler packed into a plastic bumper, paint laid over damage instead of correcting it), we tell you what we've found and give you the option to fix it properly rather than bury it again.

Small things get taken care of along the way. Loose trim and hardware left over from someone else's repair are the kind of thing we tighten up while the car is on the floor, not the kind of thing we add to the invoice.

Your car goes home washed and on the date we told you.
