Custom Paint & Color Change

A color change is only as good as what's underneath it, so that's where we start. Old paint gets sanded back (to bare metal when the layers underneath are cracked or stacked too deep), and improperly filled panels are corrected rather than covered. We've taken hoods carrying nine layers of paint down to clean steel to give the new color a base that will hold.

We paint the whole car, not just the parts you see walking past it. Door jambs, under the hood, the hatch, and every other area that needs coverage get finished so the result reads as factory rather than as a respray.

When prep turns up something we didn't expect (crow's feet in the factory primer, for instance), we call you, explain it, and lay out the options: paint over it, or sand it down and eliminate it for long-term durability. It's your car and your decision, and we'll take the extra days if that's what you choose.

After the paint goes on, the job isn't done. We spend days sanding and polishing the finish, and a final polish once the paint has fully cured is included in the package.
