Our story
The Shop Santa Clarita Trusts With the Hard Jobs
Performance Auto Care is a family-run shop on Railroad Ave in Santa Clarita, run hands on by owner-mechanic Erwin. Customers tell us they can drop in without an appointment and get seen fast, without the runaround some of the bigger shops are known for.
We handle everything from brakes, fan belts, and air filters to full engine replacements: the regular maintenance that keeps a car running, plus the bigger jobs other shops steer away from. Customers describe us as straightforward and honest, old school in the way that matters: solid work, done right.
If you want the same person writing the estimate to be the one doing the repair, that's what you'll find here. We're open six days a week, ready to help with whatever your car needs.
- Owner-mechanic on every job
- Walk-ins welcome, no appointment needed
- Straightforward, honest service
- Engine replacements to routine maintenance
What customers say
“Excellent service, had an engine replacement on a couple of different cars over the years!”
“I found them to be very professional and a very qualified shop. I was in and out in a matter of 30 minutes while other nearby shops were not very accommodating at all and three times more expensive.”
“Edwin and Nubia make a good team. They are straight forward and honest people. I have used them in the past and will continue to. Highly recommend!”
