Our story
A Family Upholstery Shop Built on Detail
We're a family-style upholstery shop in Santa Ana, and we treat every piece that comes through our door, whether it's a full sofa, a set of dining chairs, or a great-grandfather's chair that means more than money, with the same care.
Our staff works with a large selection of fabrics and hides, including specialty materials like Italian cow hide, to match the right material to your piece and your budget. We handle detailed work other shops pass on, from cane chairs to intricate stitching, and we're upfront about pricing and options along the way.
We also take on upholstery repair beyond furniture, including automotive interior stitching, so whatever needs re-covering, padding, or restitching, we can likely help.

What customers say
“I live in south county. When I checked pricing to get just the seats of my dining room chairs reupholstered around here it was really expensive. I saw the reviews for Pete's, sent photos and the quote was more reasonable. Just got the chairs back and they look perfect! This is a hidden gem.”
“Sofa looks like new. I am very pleased with the result. Great quality. Big selection of fabrics. Professional staff.”
“Sophia was so nice— figured out a way to use the Italian cow hide they had at hand to remake my great grandfather's chair which demanded a lot of attention to detail. She didn't need to tell me this and saved me a bunch of money by selling me other half of cow hide. This is an honest, family style business and deserves many kudos.”
