Meticulous House Painting From a Family That Cares

For over 40 years, Nick Rodin has been painting homes across Modesto, carrying on a trade passed down through a long line of professional painters in his family. Today he works alongside his nephew and grandson, teaching them the same care and attention to detail that built his reputation.

Behind every job is Bonnie Rodin, who handles the books, scheduling, and a written contract that spells out exactly what will happen on your property, from the type of primer to the smallest trim detail. She stays reachable throughout the process, whatever questions come up.

We treat every surface differently. Exposed beams get the primer they actually need instead of a general-purpose coat, rotted siding gets repaired by our own carpenter before it's painted, and if a homeowner wants something unconventional, like hand-rolled elastomeric paint, we'll work it into the schedule.
