Smog Haus is a smog check and auto repair shop at 854 Ellis Street in San Francisco. We're open Monday through Friday, 7:30 to 5:30, and we keep same-day appointments open — call in the morning and there's a good chance we can take you that same day. Most of what people come to us for is simple: the smog certificate the DMV needs before you can register or renew. If you're new to California and aren't sure what the process looks like, ask. We'll walk you through it before you ever pull in. We also handle the small stuff while your car is here — a burned-out bulb, a missing piece of trim, the kind of thing other shops turn into an appointment and an invoice.
