Our story
Bakersfield's 5-Star Hauling Team
We're a locally owned junk removal and hauling company serving Bakersfield, built on showing up when we say we will and treating every job like it's in our own home. Whether it's a garage full of years of stuff or a load of construction debris from a renovation, we come prepared to get it done right.
Led by owner-operator Arturo, our crew shows up on time, gives you a straightforward quote before we start, and doesn't leave until the space is clean. We've built our reputation one job at a time — from same-day pickups to helping families transport heavy purchases across town.
We know last-minute jobs happen. That's why we work early mornings through evenings, seven days a week, and do our best to fit you into the schedule even when you call at the last minute.

What customers say
“Customer service! Yes this was so smooth and efficient. He came by gave to quote, came back to do the job like he said, and was friendly and considerate. This is a loss art "customer service" and it was appreciated plus affordable. Thank you for getting things taken care of swiftly for my family!!! I would recommend Smooth Haul to anyone.”
“Completely lived up to their name... SMOOTH HAULING. I recently made an out of town purchase and needed someone to help transport it for me, and came across them through a social media post, contacted them and they gave me a great quote I couldn't pass up. Great customer service, super fast delivery and great pricing. The delivery man was super polite and helpful. Highly recommend! We'll definitely be doing business again.”
“I am very pleased with their level of professionalism and the service they provided. I needed some construction waste hauled away from a mobile home that I am in the process of renovating. They showed up on time, were very friendly, and took care of the job within two hours. Price was very reasonable! I highly recommend them for your next dump day!”
