Our story
The tow truck Stockton drivers call twice
Sovan's Towing is a small, owner-operated outfit in Stockton. When you call, you get Ponchi, the same person who shows up with the truck. No dispatch queue, no vague promises, no surprises when the truck pulls up.
Breakdowns don't wait for business hours, and neither do we. We run seven days a week, from early morning through the evening, and we tell you honestly how long we'll be. If we're forty-five minutes out, we say forty-five minutes.
Our customers come back, and they send their families. That's the whole business plan: pick up the phone, treat people well, and get them back on the road.
- Owner-operated: you talk to the driver
- Honest arrival times, told to you upfront
- Open seven days a week
What customers say
“Ponchi is amazing. I felt well taken care of and well respected when I called him. He was upfront and truthful about his time of arrival and availability. When he got to my location he got my car loaded up quickly and got to the auto shop smoothly. It was getting dark and chilly by the time we dropped off the car and he offered me a ride back to my apartment. The care he has for his customers is over and beyond.”
“This guy was so prompt on the time he said he would be there! My alternator quit while in the left lane of the freeway. Total wait time out of commission was 3 hrs — the combo of Sovan's and the mechanic shop got me up and running so I was back on the road in an hour.”
“This kind man went out of his way to help me. Excellent customer service. I will definitely be calling him first if and when I ever need towing services again.”
