Our story
The shop people drive back to
We're T & L Auto Body Shop on Alpaca Street in South El Monte. Collision work, panel and door repair, paint: the kind of jobs where you want to know exactly what's happening to your car and exactly what it's going to cost.
Our customers tell the story better than we can. Steve walks people through the whole process, shows every part he removes, and sends photos as the work goes. Ralph diagnoses fast and straight. When someone's broken down on the 60 late on a Friday, we've driven back to the shop to open up for them.
Our work carries a lifetime warranty, and we don't ask for payment until the job is finished and you're satisfied with it. That's how confident we are in what leaves this shop.
- Lifetime warranty on our work
- You don't pay until you're happy with the result
- Photo updates at every step of the repair
- Open until 7:50 PM weekdays, 24 hours Saturday

He guides you through the whole process, he shows you step by step, he shows you every part he removes from the car, he sends you pictures of everything. Their work comes with lifetime warranty.. they don't even make you pay until they are done and you are happy with the results!!”
“Steve and Ralph are absolute superstars. We had the best experience. Hands down most thoughtful and smart auto team we've ever worked with. Our car broke down on the highway late on a Friday night and they were willing to stay open later to meet us - even going so far as driving back to the shop after leaving - to help us out. Could not recommend this place more - they are trustworthy, dependable, and really kind humans.”
“If you want great work and honest price go to T&L Auto Body Shop. Ask for Steve, or any of his employees. They will take care of you...I don't forget good service, and honest people.”
