Whole House Remodels

Instead of remodeling one room at a time (a bathroom now, a kitchen months later), consider what it would feel like to transform your whole home at once. With a cohesive design that flows beautifully from space to space, everything works together instead of feeling pieced together over time.

A whole-home remodel lets you align an outdated layout with modern living: opening up floor plans, improving flow and everyday functionality, and updating for today while preparing for tomorrow, whether that means improved accessibility, more open living areas, or a design that finally reflects your style.

In coastal homes, every detail matters, from maximizing natural light with ocean-facing windows to selecting flooring that withstands sand and humidity. One recent Aptos project reworked a neglected 1980s home, resolving water damage and awkward sunken rooms into an open, intuitive layout finished with durable materials like luxury vinyl plank flooring and white quartz countertops.
