Our story
About United Fencers of Oakland
United Fencers of Oakland is a fencing school on MacArthur Blvd, teaching students who want to learn the sport from the ground up.
Our classes are led by instructor Guillaume, whose patient, hands-on approach has made him a favorite with local families. One student trained with us for three years before his family moved out of the area.
Whether you're picking up a foil for the first time or looking to sharpen your bladework, we bring the same close attention to every student who walks through our door.
- Personalized instruction from Guillaume
- Students train with us for years, not weeks
- All skill levels welcome
- Located on MacArthur Blvd in Oakland
What customers say
“I just realized I never reviewed this awesome place! Guillaume is a phenomenal instructor, my son went here for 3 years during the pandemic. The only reason he stopped is because we moved. The instruction and the guidance he gives these kids is top notch. I would recommend 10 out of 10 times!”
“I once attended a few classes here, and it was one of the best experiences I've had.”
