Our story
A Stockton shop built on getting people back on the road
We're Urbz Mobile Auto Service and Repair Shop, a car repair and maintenance service based at 1045 Adelbert Ave in Stockton. We work on everyday drivers, the minivan hauling the family, the commuter that has to start tomorrow morning, and we handle both mobile service calls and work at the shop.
Our customers talk most about two things: the diagnosis and the treatment. Neal has a habit of finding the problem right away instead of guessing on your dime, and when a repair keeps your car overnight, we look for ways to keep you driving: a loaner at no charge, or staying open past closing to finish an axle so a stranded driver could get home.
We're open six days a week and answer the phone ourselves. Call, describe what the car is doing, and we'll tell you straight what it likely needs.

What customers say
“My car broke down traveling to Sacramento and Neal was gracious enough to help out. My dog and I were stranded and not only did they stay open longer than they normally do, he was able to get an axle delivered and replaced in the same day to have me on my way. Could not recommend this shop enough, I only wish it were closer to where I lived so I could make it my regular mechanic shop.”
“I love Neil's Excellent customer service. My Toyota Sienna is having the AC getting fixed. Currently, is not completely done yet, and I have to bring it back twice. Neil has provided with a car loaner at no charge while my Sienna is at the shop. Thank you very much :-)”
“Neal is a great mechanic, and has great customer service. You can trust and rely on his services. I would recommend his shop to anyone I know!”
