When Other Shops Turn You Away, We Don't
Our story
German Cars Are All We Do
We specialize in German vehicles, from BMW to Volkswagen, working on the makes that general shops often turn away. When a customer's VW came in with a DSG transmission issue after being declined elsewhere, our team diagnosed it and had the car back on the road sooner than expected.
Engine work is one of our strengths. We've pulled and replaced motors on BMWs and backed that work with a written warranty, so customers drive away with confidence, not just a receipt.
Led by Santiago and a crew of dedicated mechanics, we take pride in doing the job right the first time.
- German car specialists
- DSG transmission expertise
- Written repair warranties
- Owner-led shop
What customers say
“Santiago put a new motor in my 328i, BMW coupe, and it was completed on the exact day he said it would be. He and his crew of mechanics take pride in their work, are very professional, and make no promises they can't keep. My car runs so smooth you can't tell it's new. They gave me a year warranty on the new motor, in writing.”
“These guys are truly helpful. Got my VW repaired in 1/10th the time I expected. Runs like a champ thanks to these true professionals.”
“I was turned down by a couple of shops for a transmission service. Yes, the car has a special transmission, VW's DSG, but I assumed it wouldn't be a big deal. Boy was I wrong. Santiago and his guys know these cars, and they know their business. They finished the car sooner than expected, and I'm back on the road with confidence. I will continue going to Visalia German Automotive for everything my car may need. Highly recommend.”
