Our story
A Family Business, Not a Franchise
Wise Tire is a family owned and run shop on La Brea Ave in Inglewood. We handle everything from routine flat repairs to jobs other shops turn away, including fitting oversized performance tires like 335mm rears and 295mm fronts on classic muscle cars.
Most repairs do not need an appointment. Walk in with a flat or a slow leak and we will get you evaluated on the spot, offering a patch, a new tire, or a used tire depending on what makes sense for your car and your budget.
Beyond tires, we also handle brake work, from pads to rotors, so you can take care of more than one thing in the same visit.
- Family-owned and operated
- Walk-in service, no appointment needed
- Specializes in wide and performance tire fitments
- Brake service alongside tire work
What customers say
“I took my classic muscle car in for a difficult job and the team at Wise rose to the occasion. I had a set of 335 width rears and 295 width front tires to install, no easy job, but the team took their time and made sure the installation went smooth. This is a family owned and run business that I highly recommend everyone support.”
“Came in for a patch but found out that since I drove on the rim a bit it messed up the inside of the tire. They asked me if I just wanted a patch or a new or used tire. I took a used one for $48. I was in and out in under 20 min without booking an appt.”
“Driving down Manchester, a piece of metal went into my tire turned on La Brea and they did it. Excellent job. They helped me. They saved me a lot of money as well from buying a new tire. Very knowledgeable and their field and recommendation was excellent. I would recommend anyone if you're looking for honest good people to stop at wise tire and brakes.”
